First Indian Swimmer Achieves Olympic Trials Cut!

Did you know that on June 26th Sajan Prakash became the first ever Indian Swimmer to achieve the FINA 'A' Olympic cut? At the 58th Sette Colli Trophy in Rome, Prakash was able to split his 200 Fly in a 55.56/1:00.82 for a new national record of 1:56.38, as well as pushing past the Fina A cut, 1:56.48, by .10 seconds! It really shows how focusing on those little changes and staying disciplined during your race can impact your goals. One tenth of a second can make all the difference!
